Priests need Sacred? Yup, that would do it. Thanks for the answers, all.
What I don't get is, I've been getting that error since before I even had priests for my nation.
EDIT: My mistake. I have one of the militia getting a crapload of magic skill (Mostly random, but one holy) if you Gift of Reason him. Fixed now.
