Thank you djo for correcting a mistake I've been making universally since reentry to the Mac universe in July.
Yup command-click works fine. Ctrl-click gives interesting options in other apps but not here. Now I think I will slink to the feds to change my name and obliterate this very embarrassed identity
On the bright side, my one concern is now answered and it is time to buy the commercial game
