I just started a new SE5 game using the Balance mod and I noticed my race has 0 reproduction. I set up my race with penalties to resistance and reproduction as they are basically Tholians, so they need high temperatures ie reduced environmental resistance and a long time to grow ie reduced reproduction. As I mentioned at the beginning they appear to have 0 growth. I wonder if I have set them up with a major disadvantage or if it's just because for the time being the planet is filled up thus stopping growth. I have seen my planets have growth during another games with a different mod.
