Update to Mod-pack Jraenar, Klingons, Praetorian, Romulan, Shadows and UkraTal posted
The updated AI includes the following changes;
Research %'s adjusted to minimise loss of points. Not Connected queue enhanced.
Defense ships eliminated (replaced by modified Kamkaze Attack Ships) - Construction Vehicles file modified.
Armor is allocated as a miscellaneous ability.
Colony ship bug fixed.
Only updated files are included.
