Yup, there was a problem. The 128x128 racial portrait was actually 512x512. I am re-uploading the Romulan set now. so hopefully the 12 or so people who just downloaded it won't mind downloading it again, or if they want, they can just download
THIS REPLACEMENT file and manually pace it into the Romulan empire folder.
EDIT: CORRECT SIZE now. I don't know what in the hell went wrong, but I did resize it. Now I know its been resized.
