I can't speak for the others who have the same problem but I have triple checked the serial and had other people read it to see if I was misinterpreting a character, each one of us read it the same way.
Ah well, I have now placed a order through shrapnel, and this time I will keep the receipt
My manual was starting to get a little beat up anyway.
BTW, kudos on the size of the manual, nice to finally see a company that makes real manuals, last time I saw something that big was the Baldurs gate and the Fallout manuals.
