I'm pretty sure the magic movement/remote summons battles are resolved together, after all the magical movement and remote summons have occurred. Hence multiple casts of Ghost Riders will stack, simultaneous Call of the Winds will stack with Calls of the Wild and Army of the Dead, and so forth.
