\"Crew Killer\" question
I just got done re-reading Larry Niven's "Tales of Known Space", and the story "The Warriors" brought to mind an idea I hadn't yet encountered in SEIV - A "Crew Killer" type of weapon.
Does such a weapon already exist in the game, or if not - is it possible to devise just such a weapon?
Note: Just saw another example, of a sort. The "Thalaron weapon" used by the Reman warship in "ST - Nemesis".
