How did my marble oracle die? It's a mindless commander I use as a SC (probably wouldn't live against human players though).

Combat round ~54, my armies autorouted at turn 50 except a few mindless units and this mindless commander. Suddenly my commander dies, but not all my units so it's not the automatic killing of attackers that happens at round 60 or so.

Looks to me like I have no magical commanders left, so a few water elementals and non-commander statues die at the start of a combat round. But my commander dies at the same time, which has got to be a bug. A mindless commander isn't supposed to die due to lack of magical leaders.

Known bug?

Look in the attached savegame if you want, it's the castle storming in province 121. The small mod buffs rlyeh and has nothing to do with the bug.
