Zeno42 made a couple of GUI programs to edit several files. But there is no comprehensive program to edit all 12 of the AI files. Since they are text files, pretty much everyone uses notepad, Word or any word processing program. I agree that a lot of it could be automated. I for one hate renumbering all of the remaining queue items in the Construction_Vehicle file.
