you could always read the existing forum thread on the subject

Or you could read the game manual - section on "tuning your machine" and try tweaking for the new operating system. Also - check the game options tab 2 (Misc) section of the GG as well (Game installation section). Plus - read the vista documentation (if any such exists).
Vista is
not one of the supported operating systems for the game. I might investigate it about 6 months post the publishing of the first service pack (SP1) - when the early adopters have done some of Microsoft's beta testing for them
