"Vis" is the same as wishing for "gems", yeah, it gives you exactly 25 gems of everything but blood.
I could wish for "Maker of Ruins" and it made Kurgi, the slave to unreason, appear. So it seems like it is the same as "doom horror". Interestingly, Kurgi didn't appear as normal unit that one had to use Gift of Reason on, but as commander from the start. Unfortunately, he can't break a siege even though he is missing the "Immobile" icon.
"Nothing" does nothing, I guess.
"Money" and the others give you exactly 3k gold.
"Army" is the same as "troops" etc., it gives you exactly 300 militia.
