From what I understand, Tigh thinks he can hear through the walls of this ship that the cylons have infiltrated this ship, and are hiding behind bulkheads and the like. Remember the noise the cylon ground troops make, kind of a whirring noise? I think that's what he's hearing. As for the president, yep, cancer. Lee's going on his little "I'm resentful of daddy, so I'm gonna stick it to him by defending Baltar", in essence, having himself a little temper tantrum. As for Six, not quite sure how you got the whole mind reading part.
