Eriu has Cu Chulainn and his friend Ferdiad so far. A druid might be useful, as the other two are warriors.

Cuchulainn is no surprise. He is the superman of the Celtic universe. I imagine him on a chariot, javelins, spear, change form after damage to sword and shield warrior unit, exceptional strength, increased ability points, a true heavy tank.
I hope you find an interesting way to add Cathbad. He had such a great impact on nearly all the Ulster stories yet when people talk about late Celtic mythology, you rarely hear mention of his name.
It really sounds like you did your homework for these two nations, but that is to be expected if you take a look at all the other nations
