The Shroud Congress has failed to learn from the sad tale of woe that is the story of the Marverni nation. An early conflict over one small province escalated into a vicious war, with the result that both Lanka and Marverni are severely weakened.

Marverni rejected peace with Lanka, as our leaders feared our peoples would become angry and vote them out of office, were we to surrender the disputed province.

People of Ermor, rise up in a glorious revolution, and depose your shroudy congress who persists in squabbling with Mictlan! Cast off your present rulers, and join together as an autonomous collective, an anarco-sydicalist commune. Look to your North, where Arco is ravaged, for that is your fate if you do not make peace with Mictlan now.
