Footstamp is in. I edited the post earlier to add him, but it didn't take. Added him for real, this time.
Sheap's rules are a good starting point. Every game I've played so far (though, admittedly, it hasn't been that many), diplomacy has been a big part of the game. Forming alliances, etc, is tremendous fun, I think.
