This is just a symantics issue, so feel free to ignore me. I kinda' like the mod staying named Ulm Reborn. It would fit thematically, with the original Ulm having fallen to the dark side. Your nation can be the remnants that got out before the fall and began rebuilding anew. Like the Numenorians in the Silmarillion. I'm such a nerd.
