I cast murdering winter, a ritual province based damage spell, on an enemy army. I had a scout in the province, so I knew they were there. 700 of them! I looked at how things are processed during a turn in the manual, and casting rituals came a long time before anything related to army movement.
Yet when I cast the spell the next turn I got a message that it didn't kill anyone
They had moved but I can't imagine that all 700 of Pangea's troops, including lots of satyr and maeden chaff, was able to survive murdering winters from a W10 caster. Even if they had gift of health.
What gives?
