If you modify components you may add sometimes no-sense abilities like warp point turbulance in order to use this ability in the AI design files. This works very well in my experience with one exception: If the component has any cloak level ability no other ability seems to be recognized in the design file. No matter what the other abilities are or the sequence of the abilities. The function of the other abilities is not disturbed, it will just not be included in the design. If you remove the cloak level ability the component will be included again in the design.

IMO this is a bug, but has anybody made different observations?
