Hey, I just read your DAR - very nice, a really good read.

I haven't seen anyone play on a wraparound map before, it's interesting how Ulm borders you to both the north and the south (I have got that right, haven't I?).

For research, you could try doing Evocation - if you can get a few Mystics together, almost all of them can do one kind or another of offensive battle spell, e.g. fireball, magma bolts etc. They can be quite effective if you have a few of them.
