If this were done it could be coupled with a general revamping of the PD - there are some instances where the vanilla PD is a bit weird or could do with changing. Abysia EA PD getting humanbred etc.
I think it's very doable and could be good,.. the problem is with the mod commands we have you would end up replacing some extra units in current PDs in order to put the towers in. For instance if you wanted towers at a rate of 1 per 10 points of PD, you'd have to replace PD unit 1a or 1b.
