I have two other possibilities lined up, but the more the merrier.

AFAIK, the old shrapnel upload system associated the uploader with the files & allowed you do delete, but the new system is much less flexible.
I've only seen an upload option so far.

VAL: You might as well send two Groups: everything you've got so far, and then the rest later. But don't bother sending until Tuesday, since I can't do any work on them till then.
