"with media" probably means that they give you a Windows CD, rather than just a drive image restoration disk.
When comparing Business to Ultimate, the main difference is that Business has all of the media-related functions stripped out; no Media Center, no DVD Maker, and other things of that nature. Also, Ultimate has access to the
"Ultimate Extras", which are of rather dubious value at this point in time.
