How do I raise my holy score so that I can recruit more special units? I think I read that a civilization's holy score is related their dominion. However, it seems no matter how much dominion I spread, my holy points don't go up.

I'd really like to base my armies on the holy units toward mid to late game. Using the general ones can get kind of boring after awhile. Any advice on how to increase holy points? Thanks for the help.
