What exactly are the non-arcology facilities in your latest facilities submission supposed to be? I can't make heads or tails of them

Some of them are sort of satelite dish affairs, and some of them have a kind of inverted dish, like a shield or umbrella of some kind. They are colourful, but I don't think they're unclear.
