Default Re: Perpetuality - The 62 Player MegaGame (Signup)

It seems strange that an Order-3 Mis-3 nation has had a random event in its capital every turn, whereas I have had no random events at all in this game, and I have Turmoil-3 Luck-3.

Obviously I'm jinxing myself and next turn Caspar and Bogus will show up to punish me. And yeah, I've only got two provinces. . But in a 10-player game I would usually be getting one or two events per turn for my nation by now.

Does anyone know how the total number of random events is determined, and how they are distributed? All I know is that it has something to do with total number of both provinces and nations, and possibly by how many provinces are owned by the nations. I don't know how the independent 'nation' is treated in this random event distribution either.

I tried experimenting with different setups, -ddddddddd, and counting "random event" lines, but nothing obvious (to me) popped out.
