Training exercises were a success, everyone involved heard the leveling *ding*, and will be receiving new orders. (Un)fortunately the exercises were a bit too vigorous and spilled over into neighboring provinces, accidentally annexing them.
While we regret the transgression our advisors propose retaining the newly annexed provinces in exchange for the two provinces adjacent to our capital.
