Can you explain what happends exactly when you run the game ? Thanks

To create a scenario, the date in the editor must be :

between 1/01/2005 and 31/12/2012

All indications are in the "readme"file, but unfortunatly this "readme" is in french (I search somebody to translate it, I can not do it my self).
