My Take:
"medium size galaxy" depends on player #
three starting planets- good
low tech start- good
racial points- Either works for me
infinate resources-good
no ai races = Maybe the EEE? a Hive Race and a Neutral for Mephisto to take over if / when he has time.
role playing in all communication - Might be fun
I'd say wait for Gold too. works for me
Anyone with experiance with AI races in PBW games?
Over all, I'm flexible.
