Yeah, thanks for the responses guys but I guess it's just one of those things. Maybe I'll have to try reinstalling. The message on the surface planet is "We have detected advanced technology present on this planet" but I am still not receiving any of the technologies. I don't get them from the other ones as well so I was wondering I guess if there was a setting in the game setup that turned them on or off. I guess I'll just play without them.
You don't have to get them to win a game, do you?
