Good to hear then, I'm comforted. For your future information, though, those troops are automatically revealed in adjacent provinces. I got a free look at your rather impressive army, no scouts necessary. If secrecy's an issue, you may want to keep that in mind. If you hope to intimidate, keep that in mind. If you figure enough scouts are in your territory that it doesn't matter, never mind.
