I'm trying to get a handle on the diplomatic situation. Can someone tell me who I am at war with? Apparently there's a 3 turn NAP with whomever Velusion is playing.

Honesty is appreciated, as I have no previous player to ask, and this game looks extremely complicated. I started picking at the turn a couple minutes ago. If you need to, feel free to message me on the forums if you don't wish to reveal sensitive political/war related information in public.
