On the very first
'End Turn' of the most recent SP game I played, I was shocked to start reading this "Unexpected Event in Sauromatia" message:
"Bogus and his band of merry adventurers ..."
But actually all he wanted was to free a couple of blood slaves.
He didn't actually conquer my home province on the 1st turn.
"... decided to aid an old wise man whose daughter was held captive by your blood mages. The young girl and a couple of other blood slaves were liberated in a daring attack on your dungeon."
