Sorry to be delaying. I've been ridiculously busy and try to do some diplomatic things back and forth.
I'll get this turn in tonight and hopefully the next one right away or in the morning. After that I'll be away, but I should have occasional access. Should be able to get turns in, but don't expect a lot of communication or quick responses.
