It has been asserted that LA R'yleh is backing up MA C'tis with Mind Hunt. MA C'tis is already getting gangbanged, so it really doesn't matter if this is true from that point.
However, this also implicates MA Pythium - possibly MA T'ien Ch'i as well.
These nations are far from me, but I think you should eliminate them all, just be safe.
