I use ctrl-m all the time to cast monthly site searching spells. And this isn't uber but I use R all the time in the character screen to rename my people. Usually in a big SP game I like to differentiate what randoms my mages get. So I have a lot of Earthos, Aeros, Astralos (Astrala's for the ladies).
