The tank transporter can carry the small river rafts such as the rigid raiders etc. I took a utility vehicle and put it under the "tank transporter" classification and it works well! Also the Israeli OOB has the "Timsakh" (in the miscelaneous vehicle section) which is similar to the M2 Bridging Raft/Ferry which is used by NATO. This has a road speed similar to a tank transporter and a water speed of about 4. In reality the M2 Ferry is a series of these vehicles which are linked up to form a floating bridge. However, I 'm not sure this will help you if you want to load a PBR/gunboat though. Hope this helps.
