I had Wind Ride fail on a my Ivy King (no items) which didn't have anything of Tuidjy's list above. Is there a chance Wind Ride will fail even if the commander is wind-rideable? Otherwise it seems broken.
Edit: Ok, since Ivy King is size3 distance was the problem.
