Check out the screenshot... an enemy construction base appeared deep within my local space out of no where!?!?!
It is not stealth capable and certainly couldn't move. This enemy is an AI player and has never owned that system before, so it couldn't have built that base there without me knowing. The strangest thing is, I even know what it is building!
Strange things happen!!
