Changes in 1.1 version

+New ship for existing race.
+KEYS properly implemented to keep superweapons limited to two (and sometimes a pylon that gives you a single shot of a third superweapon).
+improved 2 existing events, added one new event.
+New art for some of my weapons. Changed a weapon's function.
+New systems and a device.
+Glaring error in readme file fixed.
