PSP is a real pain sometimes. I don't use it very often, but what you can do, I hope, is use a program called ACDSee to convert the PSd file to a bitmap. Its worth a shot, and it can be done rather quickly.

I will try it for myself and see if it works. If it does not, then I will edit this post.
However, you can alwasy reopen them and save them as a BMP.

Once you have converted them, you might still wanna use PSP to resize the. Besure that it keeps them saved as BMP though.
