OK - I just did this and the old one is 21 points, new one with just the AT weapon change is 22. All is in order.
You then compared with the existing #480 (which does not have the same weapons, SAW is different and GL ammo differs as does #of AT4 rounds), and note that that is 23 points, with less men.
As I said - examine the data, and see what
actually differs.
2 men less will cost less than your new 6 man section, of course. No of men is a significant cost contributor.
However 480 has vision 10. The one you changed does not. Night vision equipment costs points. Night vision (esp thermal) is a
major contributor to points cost.
The difference in ammo and weapons between the 2 sections may well make a point or 2 of difference.
Radio chance is higher in 480 but probably 10% is not enough to swing a point.
- it all counts towards the final value.
