No numbers that I know of. I know I've seen some posts in the beta forum to that effect. It was one of the main reasons why blood was such a crucial magic in Dom2 (especially with all nations getting some blood randoms there).

Lower site frequency means lower chance of catching blood slaves or you don't get as many as you would with higher site frequency, but I don't know the precise mechanics behind it.
