				 Re: Teutanion\'s challenge
The harvest starts in the early fall, and we would like to be done with the horrorsof war by then. Here is what we suggest:

Our troops will take over Andalus in the late spring, and withdraw from it in the
early days of summer. In the middle of the summer, we will relinquish our control
of the province. As soon as the province is neutral, we will give the order to
attack in two waves. The winners from the magical battle will allow their allies
to set up defenses before the opposing army shows up.

Thus, the final battle should take place in the last days of the summer of year VI
of the Aufklarung, or in the sixty fifth month of the Ascension Wars.

 ---

We are not sure what restrictions on interference would be fair. The only thing
on which we would insist is that, apart from the actions described above, the
battleground province is left alone. It has a very strong Teutanion dominion, and
it is extremely unlikely that we can affect that from without. But teaching the
population the error of their ways would delay the battle, so we will accept the
disadvantage, no matter how crucial magic resistance may be for the victory.
