If you read the notice carefully it says it will
have to be pulled from the queue to be accessed. We aren't doing this to punish anyone. It is the way the software works. Anytime we access an order we right information to that file so we can track what is happening with an order. When it gets saved back it gets saved at the end of the queue.
This keeps us from shipping an order that is in the process of being cancelled or from shipping to an address while at the same instance customer service is updating an address by request. Two people cannot access an order at the same instance. Normally this isn't a problem because the queue isn't over one days shipping long. However, right now, this is the result.
