Default \"Hardwired\" Country Atributes
We are having some debate in the 90th Inf Thread as to how much is "hardwired" into the various countries atributes. I was wondering if someone could clarify how much Coutry Codes and Unit Types effect the various units. This may require some imput from the MODS.
