At the moment, I'm leaning towards Chariots -- they're just as fragile as longdead cavalry, but the speed, trampling, and surprisingly vicious bite are quite useful.

Can't really see going with a powerful bless -- massed Sacred Serpents doesn't seem quite that practical, and Tomb Wyrms are too slow to get for a bless rush. Maybe a minor bless to help the Sauromancers, but not a dual-9.

You might want wyrms if you're going for an all-sacred army for the Ark, but that's not likely for the early game.
