My understanding is that you are playing with an illegal copy of the game. If that is incorrect please let me know. Otherwise, no one here is going to help you get your game to work properly. I have given you all the assistance I can privately to help you purchase a legal copy of the game, and I hope you choose to do so. Until then, you will find yourself unwelcome in this community.
