In general, I think F9 ought to give constitive flaming arrows as well as flaming weapons. On Wardens, in particular, I don't think F9 is the best possible bless - although given you get F1 on your mages and can thus find fire site sites but have trouble spending the gems, there are other advantages to a big fire pretender.
This would be - and I say this as a C hacker who doesn't often say this about other people's C - trivial, and has been pretty obvious for some time.
Of course, death wepaons should give Death Arrows, which, like all mammals, can be cruel OR *totally awesome*. That would be e bit more complicated, though.
