Not that I mean to ruin it for anyone but it includes the Centurion between the original series and the new one. I took some screencaps I meant to upload to the BSG wiki but it seems you have to sign up to edit and I can't be bothered.

The pictures themselves tell a bit of the story so they're the best I can get that aren't fuzzy, or in the end smashed up.
